DO YOU BELIEVE IN KARMA?

Do you believe in Karma? Have you ever witnessed Karma at work in your life or in the life of another? Is Karma actually a Christian concept? Have you heard of the 12 laws of Karma? https://www.healthline.com/health/laws-of-karma

Karma is a theological concept found in the Buddhist and Hindu religions. It is the idea that how you live your life will determine the quality of life you will have after life. If you are unselfish, kind, and holy during this lifetime, you will be rewarded futuristically.

Hebrews 9:27 states, “Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment”” This Bible verse makes clear two important points which, for Christians, negate the possibility of karma. First, it states that we are “destined to die once,” meaning that humans are only born once and only die once. There is no endless cycle of life and death and rebirth, an idea inherent in the reincarnation theory. Second, it states that after death we face judgment, meaning that there is no second chance, like there is in reincarnation and karma, to live a better life.

The Bible talks a lot about reaping and sowing. Job 4:8 says, As I have observed, those who plow evil and those who sow trouble reap it. Karma, what do you think?

THIS IS KARMA…

A guy gets stuck in heavy traffic in a turn-only lane after cutting off two other drivers. The car behind him starts honking his horn. The man gets out of the car in heavy stopped traffic and starts toward the honking motorist. But, he fails to realize that five cars back is a police SUV, also stuck in traffic. As the man approaches the vehicle of the guy blowing the horn,, instructing him to put his window down, the cruiser lights come on. The guy with the LAW doesn’t pertain to me soon finds out the cop has a different idea.

Perhaps, this is Karma..

A high school bully who was always threatening and picking on a guy, pushing him into lockers and smacking him around gets arrested a couple of years after graduation for a drug offense. Guess who witnessed the drug offense going down on Main Street! Yep, guess who gets called to witness against the bully? Yep 🙂 Guess, who goes to jail! Yep. Karma

How bout this..

A guy heaves a basketball in a net and screams at the coach, “Basketball is such a lame f…..ing game, as the ball comes through the net and bounces back to smack him in the face, breaking a tooth!
