RUSS HOBBS MINISTRIES was created by Pastor Russ Hobbs as a 501c3 non-profit organization to share his life and ministry through messages and stories.  The goal of RHM is to share biblical and spiritual truth with individuals seeking counsel to meet a physical, emotional or spiritual need.

Some of the outreaches of RHM include a ministry outreach of preaching, teaching and spiritual care intended to share the Word of God and good news in a variety of creative venues.  These include but are not limited to online and group ministries, broadcast, personal appearances and counseling/mentoring/coaching and seminar outreaches.

TIPS FOR EFFECTIVE CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP.

1.A leader must be established in God’s love. Leadership is serious work and there are high and low moments. A leader must operate from a foundation.

2. A leader must know his true identity and have Godly self-worth. Who are you? Jesus was not confused about His identity. Matthew 16:13

3. A leader should cultivate intimacy with God. The leadership responsibility God gives a child of God is not superior to an intimate relationship.

4. A leader must be diligent. Proverbs 12:24 says, “Work hard and become a leader; be lazy and become a slave” (NLT). Leadership is not lazy work; it.
